What changed, what are you seeing, and what decision needs to be made? A few lines are enough. Include any technical or business context that matters, then provide the email address where I should reply.

## What to include

Write this as you would explain it to a colleague. Technical detail is useful where it matters, but you do not need to diagnose the cause first.

- **What are you seeing?** Describe the evidence, symptoms or constraints.
